จูเนียร์ สปอร์ตทีมประเทศไทยโคนงการเล็กๆ ที่ไม่แสวงหากำไรในพื้นที่จังหวัดกระบี่ ประกาศปิดฤดูกาล 2024 ด้วยความภูมิใจ พร้อมเฉลิมฉลองความกล้าหาญ ความพยายาม และพัฒนาการของเด็กๆ ตลอดปีที่ผ่านมา

🎉นับตั้งแต่ปี 2019 โรงแรมดุสิต ธานี กระบี่ บีช รีสอร์ท ได้เริ่มก่อตั้งโครงการนี้ ด้วยการสนับสนุนเด็กๆ จากโรงเรียนคลองม่วง ที่เริ่มต้นโดยไม่มีพื้นฐานการว่ายน้ำ ให้ค่อยๆ พัฒนาจนกลายเป็นนักว่ายน้ำในทะเลที่มีทั้งความมั่นใจและความสามารถภายใต้เป้าหมายที่เรียบง่ายแต่ทรงพลัง — ไม่ใช่แค่สอนให้ว่ายน้ำเป็น แต่ยังปลูกฝังวินัย ความอดทน และการรู้จักทำงานเป็นทีม — ทักษะชีวิตที่มีคุณค่าและจะอยู่กับพวกเขาไปตลอดเส้นทางในอนาคต

💥ปิดฉากฤดูกาล 2024 อย่างสวยงาม เมื่อเด็กๆ จาก จูเนียร์ สปอร์ตทีมประเทศไทยได้เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน OCEANMAN Krabi 2025 อย่างภาคภูมิใจ และทุกคนสามารถว่ายน้ำจบการแข่งขันประเภทเด็กในทะเลเปิดได้สำเร็จ 👏🌊
💥แม้เป้าหมายของทีมนี้จะไม่ใช่การคว้าเหรียญรางวัล แต่เป็นการพัฒนาเด็กๆ ที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานการว่ายน้ำให้กลายเป็นนักว่ายน้ำในทะเลที่มั่นใจและปลอดภัย — แต่ปีนี้ก็มีข่าวดีให้ทีมได้ชื่นใจ เมื่อคุณไรบีนา จากทีมว่ายน้ำเยาวชน คว้าอันดับ 3 ในการแข่งขัน OCEANMAN Thailand และนำเหรียญกลับบ้านมาได้สำเร็จ!

💥คุณถาวร และคุณสุปราณี หัวหน้าฝ่ายปฏิบัติการของ จูเนียร์ สปอร์ตทีมเพิ่งได้รับรางวัล “Heroes of Hospitality” จาก Dusit Hotels & Resorts ซึ่งเป็นรางวัลอันทรงเกียรติที่มอบให้เพื่อยกย่องความทุ่มเทของทั้งสองคน และการเปลี่ยนแปลง ที่โครงการนี้ได้สร้างไว้ในชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง

💥Changing Lives One Stroke at a Time: Junior Sports Team Thailand Celebrates Success

Krabi, Thailand – April 2025
💥Junior Sports Team Thailand, a non-profit community in Krabi, proudly announces the close of its 2024 season with a resounding celebration of courage, growth, and achievement. Since its inception in 2019, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort has been a proud partner supporting the training of children from Klong Muang School — without any prior swimming experience — to become confident and capable open-water swimmers. The program is guided by a simple yet powerful mission: to equip children not just with the ability to swim in the ocean, but with values that will serve them for life including discipline, resilience, and team spirit.
💥With a selection of our young athletes proudly participating in OCEANMAN Krabi 2025, the 2024 season concluded on a high note. Every swimmer successfully completed the open-water kids’ race. While the purpose of the Junior Sports Team has never been to win medals — it has always been about helping children with no swimming skills become confident and safe open-water swimmers – Khun Raibeena, from the Junior Swimming Team, finished third at this year’s OCEANMAN Thailand and brought home a medal for the team!
💥“We couldn’t be prouder of our kids,” said Khun Thaworn, Head Coach. “Every stroke, every challenge overcome, every smile — it’s what this project is all about.”
💥Khun Thaworn and Khun Supranee, Head of Operations at Junior Sports Team, were recently honored with the Dusit Hotels & Resorts “Heroes of Hospitality” award — a meaningful recognition of their dedication and the powerful impact the program continues to make in the community.
💥Junior Sports Team Thailand is more than a seasonal training program — it’s a movement to create a safer community, empower young lives, and foster a culture of support through sports. As we look ahead to the next season, our commitment remains stronger than ever: to keep making waves — one swimmer at a time.
